Mangled Machines and Injured Riders
A white Honda Click lies in ruins, barely recognisable. Nearby, a white Honda Forza is equally battered. The two Thai men on the Click—27-year-old Natthapong Nilsang and his 34-year-old passenger Chutithep Boonban—are found badly injured on the road.
Ten metres away, rescuers discover the Russian tourists who had been riding the Forza. All four are unconscious, their night out ending in agony.
Sudden Swerve Sparks Catastrophe
Eyewitnesses paint a dramatic picture for police. The Thai transgender rider of the Honda Click, they say, had just left a bar. Suddenly, she veers onto the wrong side of the road. In a heartbeat, she collides head-on with the oncoming Russian bike.
The impact is brutal. Both bikes are hurled metres through the air. “It happened so fast—no one could react,” a witness recalls.
Emergency Response: Lives Hang in the Balance
Paramedics spring into action, giving urgent first aid. All four victims are rushed to a nearby hospital. Doctors describe their condition as serious, but not life-threatening.
